I have had two days off and have another tomorrow: first run of three days without work since 1957. I will put a Very Late Review up tomorrow, kindly edited by Megan. This is just to plug the gap. On Tuesday I return to slightly unhealthy workload. I will see one or two of you in Northampton that night. Over and out.

Hey Mark, this is nothing to do with your post today – I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your book Eleven which I’ve just finished. So glad I was finally able to read it as it has been packed safely away in a box that I had shipped back from Melbourne where I’d been living for a year (and where I had the pleasure of meeting you and having said book signed at your excellent comedy festival gig at the forum). Anyway, I’m sure plenty of other people have told you how great your book is but one more can’t hurt can it?
