I have just done the DVD and am now blogging in front of most of the people who normally fret over the blog being late. Hello to remaining readers (Josh). The DVD shoot went quite well. Imagine the horror of failing the blog on the one day I’m with nearly all the readers. But no. That will not happen.
I am tired but fairly satisfied.

It’s a shame I couldn’t go! But, you know, exams and that.

Mark,
Truly fantastic evening at the DVD making!
My girlfriend had bought me the tickets as a surprise for my birthday, arriving to find the first “Mark Watson DVD making” made it even better.
We’ve spent the entirety of today playing “surprise chase with random people (80% of the time goes very well!) and have found out that we to seem to commentate on life itself (classifying us as weirdos may go a little far but we enjoy it!
)
Very much looking forward to the dvd and potentially seeing ourselves alongside you sat in the unsuspecting “Darren’s” seat

Sorry to upset you via Twitter. If you want me to be 100% honest, then hopefully one day I can explain fully to you, but probably not the best place to reply on someone’s blog.
I’m sure I feel more of a twat right now, then you did last night wearing makeup, lol
(Oh, God, please don’t take offence to that, you’re a lovely bloke, honestly)

This was a brilliant evening. Not so sure on the only-getting-four-hours-sleep-before-going-straight-back-to-London-and-working-for-twelve-hours-straight but it was definitely worth it. I can’t wait to see the almost-chasing in DVD format.

Josh, there’s a possibility that there’s an entire spare tent in my attic at home (the one near you) that you may possibly be able to borrow. My parents are going (I think) so I could get them to give it to you. They’re on holiday at the moment though, but it’s an idea at least. Then you get to have a whole tent to yourself.
This will only work if a) I do actually have a spare tent like I’m fairly sure I do, and b) my parents are actually going like I’m fairly sure they are. Either way, it’s an idea.

Well done! I knew it would be fine. Wish I could have been there xxx

Very pleased to hear it went well
To have had the blogless day yesterday would indeed have been horrifically ironic – but your record remains intact, hoorah!

I was stuck in Leeds yesterday afternoon trains were running late and i had missed my connection to go home. Saw a train was leaving to go to bristol! oh you don’t know how close i was to jumping on it and just turning up and begging at the door to let me in. Pleased it went well and glad you all had a great time though x

Belated comment, I was busy putting wine in my face last night.
In case it wasn’t made clear, wine etc was a joint Watsonian present, although I don’t think you need anymore wine

I spend most days wishing I could teleport.

I’m so pleased to hear it went well and I can’t wait for Christmas, when my boyfriend will definitely have bought me the DVD.

Went to last night’s DVD record and it was fantastic. Won’t spoil it for those who didn’t go but there was a couple of nice twists that added to the general excitement and the whole show felt like you were chatting to a friend.
Thanks again Mark and I wish you continued success and good health.

I agree with tibbs. Teleportation would have been great to have today. Most other days as well.

I spent most of today desperately wishing I was able to teleport. Ah well, I’ll just have to wait until the dvd comes out! Glad to hear it went so well, and that everyone had a lovely time!

YAY! I’m glad it went well! I was thinking about it a lot on my long, winding drive through the country.

Glad it went well!
You always underestimate the number of people who read this daily I think.
Enjoy a post-DVD- relax

I don’t suppose I could abuse my powers as a blog mentionee to ask a favour, could I?
I’m going to Cambridge Folk Festival in a couple of weeks time, but don’t have anywhere to stay, tent-wise. If any Watsonians happen to be going (a pretty long shot, I know) have some spare tent-space, I’d buy them pints or something.
Thanks.
Hope everyone had an acetabulous time, wish I could have been there.

LIVE COMMENT: This is lots of fun. The show was great, and I don’t think we could have been more proud. People are in for a treat when the DVD’s released in November.
