Tour time

My tour starts tomorrow, so I’ve spent the day trying to think of jokes and also designing some PowerPoint slides for the opening show in Brighton. If you’re coming to Brighton, please be forgiving of any slightly unworked-out bits. I shall be trying lots of barely-formed material in the spirit of making the show interesting for people who’ve seen me in Brighton recently. If you are coming to one of the northern shows, you’ll probably see something closer to what I did on tour earlier this year. Regardless of which show you attend, you should be in for a nice time. If I don’t succeed in giving patrons a nice time then I have failed. I hope you enjoy it…

I’m seeing you in Brighton tonight (after seeing Spamalot this afternoon, yep today is going to be good :) ). I love shows which are at the start of a run, especially when I see it again. It’s nice to see how the show evolves over time.

I think this blog crashed my computer. It sort of died attempting to open the page. And that is why I haven’t done any work this evening…

Looking forward to Manchester! It’s fallen so your show is sandwiched in the middle of Take That and Glastonbury, it’s gonna be a fab couple of weeks!

I abuse the power of the first comment (which I hope this is) to ask if you, Mark, could ask Basden for help writing our song for Eurovision, we’re all a bit stuck.
