Radio fun

Half of you are now outside the BBC waiting for this live radio show to start. Two hours to go. We keep changing the script. We keep not being sure how long it’s going to be. It’s all quite scary. Bye.

Much as I wish I was in that first half, I did enjoy listening from my sofa. You did good.

Fantastic night last night, well done all involved.

Also if the guy that was hanging around at the end reads this, make yourself known, you’re rather hot!

I enjoyed this soooo much! Can we have more please?!

You did an excellent job as always, as did Key and Basden.

You know how Misha and I assured you we’d be safe getting home on the tube etc etc. Well I missed my train and had to get a long night bus jorney but would do it all over again to be part of a fabulously funny night.

I have had a marvelous time. And got home safe without my battery going flat, yay me!

It was so brilliant it’s going on my list of excellent days in my life. Its this and my graduation at the moment.

Have a safe journey to Australia, I hope you got some celebratory drinks. And best of luck with all the things you are doing there.

    ^_^

That was wonderful Mark. Shame your guest list plans went awry, but we did all get in and i’ve had a wonderful night of Watsonian meeting/Watson based fun.

Brilliant show, I don’t know you talk so fast; although I may never recover from the mental image of Tim and Tom breakfasting naked together…

Thankyou also for indulging me and Natalie. The two least sensible Watsonians. The others were there til midnight at least on the off chance.

Finally! Enjoy Australia, your present, god knows it was stressful enough to make ;) , and wonderful singing. You have a lovely voice. Really.

Me again! Was great to be in the audience and experience it first hand, Mark how do you talk so much without making any mistakes? Have you had lots of practice at talking? Lol! Loved it, well done all three of you x

Well, I thought it was magnificent. Could you possibly manage to do one of those every night of the week?

(I was also very happy to hear the Exemplum song. It is one of my favourites. Honest.)

That was awesome, definitely needed to be longer though! I don’t think a half-hour has ever gone by so fast.

Hope everyone who got to attend had a blast (it certainly sounds like they did) and that Katy was at least adequate as a representative ;)

Your Address To The Nation was so funny. I loved it, it was great.

That was great. Really enjoyed it, but way too short. Can you do another live one at the Fringe this year? That’d be great, thanks.

    Again; great show.

Great show Mark, Tim and Tom,
    Fast talking, frantic fun.
I think you will have got many more messages and tweets than you realised as none of my tweets nor my message showed up on the feed – no matter but that shows how many there were – system clearly couldn’t keep up :)
    Hope there’s another planned.

    That was brilliant.

Tibbs and I have sent Katy as our representative. Good luck, it’s going well so far!

I’m so excited! It’s going to be epic. Just very sad I’m stuck in Bristol writing essays rather than supporting you in person. I’m there in spirit…

Good luck! I will revise & listen at the same time ^_^

  17. Posted by Josie on February 28, 2011

good luck! i’ll be staying up late and listening.

Oh hey! My wireless internet – just set up today; rather proud of my techy skills – means I’ll be able to listen just before bed :D

  19. Posted by Cathy (traineeflorist) on February 28, 2011

have driven from Oxford. No regrets as I know you’ll all be great. Well no regrets apart from possibly being the oldest person here that is but not much I can do about that!

Looking forward to it! I’m here with the other Watsonians – fun! Am jealous of Amy whose entry ticket is 007

  21. Posted by Alex on February 28, 2011

Good luck, have fun, I’m painfully jealous.

  22. Posted by Emily on February 28, 2011

The other half of us are sitting on Twitter, being extremely jealous of the first half.

  23. Posted by Kathryn on February 28, 2011

I am sitting talking to people from the Internet. It is bizarre and amazing. Tonight is going to be brilliant. (Too many superlatives? Never…)

  24. Posted by Meg on February 28, 2011

Good luck Mark and co. – I have sent in an ambition about a pirate ship. I’m rather proud of it. But wish I were there and meeting other Watsonians. I hope everyone has fun and it goes fantastically. I’m sure it will. :)

  25. Posted by Amy B on February 28, 2011

We’re all inside chatting to other Watsonians and being excited about how excellent it is bound to be. It’s quite lovely really! See you soon!

  26. Posted by Ally on February 28, 2011

Good luck to all involved! I’d love to try and listen in, but I’m off to Uni for the next 7 hours :( Will there be a way of listening to it later? I’m sure this has already been discussed somewhere :P

  27. Posted by Catherine aka Cathy on February 28, 2011

I’m already listening. They are talking about Libya and ethics and hypocrisy and Muamar and doing deals with Ghadaffi and noise about intervention. Not that. Didn’t Iraq teach you anything?

I am sure Mark’s show will be ever so much more interesting than this. I tried to think of something ambitious I have done in which to share, but coming up with nada right now.

Good luck, Mark. Break a leg. Not literally, though!

    Cathy x

    Good luck Mark!

  29. Posted by Tibbs on February 28, 2011

I’m sure it’s going to be awesome! Very jealous of everyone who is in attendance.
